Gaining comprehensive insights from the logistics company had become an undefeated challenge for the company due to a lack of data centralization amenities. Specifically, inaccessibility to crucial details such as the total number of orders successfully delivered within specific timeframes, whether on a per-period or yearly basis. Additionally, the customers couldn’t access/view/look over the data related to delivery delays, behind-schedule pickups, and the counts of completed and cancelled moves. Furthermore, the current software fails to provide real-time status of products in storage or available and ready to transport. Lastly, there was an absence of information corresponding to the overall transportation and operational costs. As a result, the customer's ability to assess the performance and efficiency of the logistics operations was hindered by the fragmented availability of the information.

- Accomplished Data Extraction using an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process.
- Utilized Azure Data Factory to design pipelines that facilitated easy data transfer from the production server to the development server.
